Contraindications:
- Avoid or use cautiously in patients with hypersensitivity to any ingredient, those with hypervitaminosis A or D (excessive vitamin intake), individuals with severe hepatic or renal impairment, those with iron overload disorders if the formulation contains iron, and patients concurrently using other multivitamins due to the risk of over-supplementation.

- Take after food to avoid gastric irritation. Do not combine with other vitamin/mineral supplements unless advised. Pregnancy/Lactation: Usually safe if taken under medical guidance. Chronic illness (diabetes, renal, liver disease): Use only under physician supervision. Monitor blood sugar in diabetics (some formulations contain small amounts of sugar).
