Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
(Applicable for purchases and services through https://sabrang.safezindagi.in)
1. Return Policy (For Pharmacy Orders Only)
Products must be returned to Nerunji Wellness (Pharmacy Unit of YR Gaitonde Medical, Educational and Research Foundation)
within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Returned products must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags, packaging materials, courier receipts, invoices, and related documents intact.
- Be accompanied by a valid reason for return (e.g., damaged item, incorrect product, or expired medicine).
Note:
- Any used, opened, or partially consumed medicines/products cannot be returned or refunded due to safety and regulatory reasons.
- Returns will not be accepted for temperature-sensitive or perishable medical products.
2. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and verified by Nerunji Wellness, the refund will be initiated within 4–5 business days to your
original source of payment or preferred refund mode (Bank Transfer/UPI).
Refund messages will be sent to you via WhatsApp, along with a confirmation screenshot. The same will be saved in
your client account record on the website.
3. Refund & Cancellation for Service-Based Transactions (Doctor Consultation / Counselling)
Due to the nature of services, once a doctor consultation or counselling session has been successfully scheduled or completed, no
refund or cancellation will be possible.
However, the following exceptions apply:
- If a consultation is cancelled by the doctor or the client before the session begins, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be completed within 4–5 business days after receiving valid bank or UPI details.
4. Cancellation Policy (Pharmacy Orders)
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order is shipped or marked ready to dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted, though return may still be applicable as per policy.
- If a valid prescription order is cancelled after dispatch or delivery, refund will be limited only to the medicine cost.
- Full refunds (including delivery charges) are applicable for full or partial cancellations within 6 hours of placing the order.
All refunds are processed within 4–5 business days after confirmation of payment details.
5. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Nerunji Wellness ships medicines and health products to almost all parts of India.Orders placed will be processed and
shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- For areas covered by major courier partners: 3–4 business days.
- For remote or non-metro locations: 5–10 business days depending on the courier’s coverage.
Delivery & Packaging Charges:
- ₹100 for deliveries within the state/city.
- ₹200 for deliveries outside the state.
Delays & Cancellations:
In rare cases, due to unforeseen logistics or operational challenges, delivery may be delayed.
Nerunji Wellness shall not be held liable for such delays but will make every effort to resolve them promptly.
In cases where the shipment becomes untraceable or is delayed beyond reasonable timelines, Nerunji Wellness reserves the right to
cancel the order and refund the full amount.
