- Relief for pain and inflammation
Adult Dosage:
- 1 tablet twice daily, after meals (every 12 hours).
Not Recommended Children:
- Not recommended in children <12 years

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to aceclofenac, paracetamol, or other NSAIDs; History of asthma, rhinitis, urticaria induced by NSAIDs; Active or recurrent peptic ulcer, GI bleeding, or severe gastritis; Severe hepatic or renal impairment; Heart failure or uncontrolled hypertension (due to NSAID-related fluid retention); Pregnancy (especially 3rd trimester) and breastfeeding (avoid unless prescribed)
Side Effects:
- Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, diarrhea, constipation; CNS: Dizziness, headache, mild drowsiness; Skin: Rash, itching, mild allergic reaction
Precautions:
- Use cautiously in: Elderly patients (increases risk of GI and renal adverse effects); Patients with hypertension, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease; Mild hepatic/renal impairment — may require dose monitoring;Avoid combining with other NSAIDs or paracetamol-containing products.; Monitor liver and kidney function if used longer than a few days.
Dietary Restrictions:
- Take after food to reduce gastric irritation.; Avoid alcohol – increases risk of liver toxicity (paracetamol) and GI bleeding (aceclofenac).; Avoid smoking and spicy food if gastritis is present.;Stay well hydrated (supports renal function).; Avoid combining with other OTC painkillers unless prescribed
