Adult Dosage:
Vaginal candidiasis: 150 mg single dose (may differ based on guidelines)Oral thrush: 100–200 mg on the first day, then 50–100 mg daily for 7–14 daysEsophageal candidiasis: 200 mg on day 1, then 100–200 mg daily for 14–21 daysSystemic fungal infections: 400–800 mg daily, depending on severity, under strict medical supervisionTake with or without food, preferably at the same time daily
