Used For:
- Fever (antipyretic); mild to moderate pain.
Adult Dosage:
- 1 tablet (650 mg) every 6–8 hours by oral consumption, as needed.
Not Recommended Children:
- Not recommended in children <12 years.
Children Dosage:
- Not recommended in children <12 years.

Contraindications:
- Do not use if there is known hypersensitivity to paracetamol, severe liver disease (acute/chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis), severe alcoholism (increases risk of hepatotoxicity), patients already on multiple paracetamol-containing drugs (due to risk of overdose).
Side Effects:
- Nausea, can upset the stomach, rash, mild allergic reaction
Precautions:
- Patients with liver disease, chronic alcoholism, malnutrition.
Patients with kidney impairment (dose adjustment may be needed).
Avoid double-dosing from multiple OTC cold/flu/pain medicines that also contain paracetamol.
Safe in pregnancy and breastfeeding at recommended doses (but should be physician-guided).
Dietary Restrictions:
- Avoid alcohol (increases risk of liver damage). Maintain adequate hydration during fever.
